The Routes 2 Roots team gave a massive presentation to Principals of schools along with the Deputy and Additional Commissioners of the region to apprise them of the new enhancements in the NGO’s Cultural education program. The exercise served as a forum to strengthen the program by not just communicating the new and upcoming additions to the program but also taking feedback from the educators and their thoughts on any suggested improvements. During the presentation, the team also highlighted the upcoming aptitude assessment feature, which is being added to the program to provide yet another meaningful benefit to the students for a brighter future. A live demonstration of the assessment process was given by the team to the Principals, which also elucidated that the results evinced 90% accuracy. This assessment is expected to be brought into operation almost immediately and is expected to help the students choose their career paths with more clarity and in alignment with their strengths and skill sets.
